Lead Gen has two HQ's: San Francisco and Las Vegas - and in 2019 I made the move from Detroit to SF to be a bit closer to the action. It was a pretty big deal to make the move at the time, but it has brought upon me many opportunities that would otherwise have never had.

**1. "Who is Local Lead Generation?"**

We're a passionate group of digital entrepreneurs, who've developed and refined a digital business model. We're working every day to share it with the world.

2. “So what, exactly, do you do?”

Marketing and advertising for small local businesses. We build websites aimed at local business niches (think skilled labor: HVAC, roofing, plumbing, construction, ect), rank the websites to the top of Google, and then license them out for a monthly fee.

3. “What’s in it for the local businesses?”

A well built LG site can double or triple a local business's revenue. The model is so effective that it's important to screen clients ahead of time (to make sure they can actually handle the growth). When they make money, we make money - and trust me, local businesses have no problem with paying a 5-10% commission for a service that is making them rich.

4. “What’s in it for you?”

In return, we get a steady and reliable source of passive income. It's a win-win situation.

5. “Why don't local businesses just do it themselves?”

Skilled labor professionals, more often than not, just ain't interested in developing highly optimized websites. They place their focus on being masters of their craft. They have their lane and we have ours. The best companies are those that keep things simple and strive to be the best and what they know they are the best at doing.

6. “If Lead Gen is so great, why tell me?”

There are and endless supply of local businesses that need our help. And also, this is a business model that literally anyone can do. We've seen the potential of Lead Gen and want to share it with the world!

7. “But I don’t know the first thing about marketing and advertising for business owners.”

Lucky for you, we do. Our process is proven. And we’ve got the tools, the training, and the support to take any “newbie” from dud to stud in a matter of weeks, not years.

8. “What if I’m low on time or money, or both?”

Other than domain names, hosting, tracking numbers and some optional outsourcing, the costs to build this business are minimal. And if you’ve got a couple hours a day? That’s more than enough to get started.

9. “Why schedule a call? So you can sell me?”

Yes, ideally we want folks to join the course and find success with it. But it's important to understand that not everyone who applies is accepted. For some folks, our program just ain't a great fit - and we like to make sure that everyone who is accepted has the best chance at success. We're not in the business of blindly selling a course to folks who aren't going to be able to make the best of it. By the end of the call, you'll walk away with a more thorough understanding of what we do and if our program is right for you.
