Each agency has different overhead costs, so their revenue could vary. Also, the success they have mentioned was way back in 2018-2020. The market conditions may not be the same in 2024. 

    However, revenue growth is not the only way to evaluate an agency's success. Other key metrics are profitability and client retention rate. These two reflect both financial health and client satisfaction. Other important metrics are customer acquisition cost, lifetime value of clients, and employee satisfaction. These assess the efficiency and the agency's work environment.
