AI Acquisition Review - What Is Jordan Lee’s AI Arbitrage Agency? + An Alternative
Updated On

AI Acquisition is Jordan Lee’s platform that helps you start an AI arbitrage agency or AI-based service business. Here, you’re taught how to find business owners and pitch them services like lead generation, customer support, content and operations. Jordan says you can sell your services for $5,000 per client.
AI Acquisitions provides you with ready-made tools and systems, so you don’t have to build anything yourself. These help you deliver services to clients faster and more efficiently. On higher-tier packages, you can even work with agents that set up everything for you. That way, you can focus on sales and strategy only.
AI Acquisition reviews are highly positive. On the sales page, I found lots of detailed testimonials from successful students who made more than $5,000 per client. You can also find positive blog and Reddit reviews. However, there are still many who are skeptical about the platform, especially since it’s a big investment to get in.
As someone who uses artificial intelligence for my digital marketing business, my opinion on AI Acquisition is that it’s like a Roomba that keeps an office floor clean. It automates repetitive tasks (outreach and bankend). But it doesn’t bring in clients to your office. In other words, AI Acquisition doesn’t remove the hard parts: offer creation, proof, trust, and sales skills.
In this AI Acquisition review, I go over its pros and cons, what the AI arbitrage agency looks like, what’s included in the platform, how much it is, if it’s legit, and if it’s worth the price. I also talk a bit about Jordan Lee himself. Finally, I compare his business model (AI arbitrage agency) to my own (local lead generation). Both use AI, but one offers real value.
What Are the Pros and Cons of AI Acquisition?
Pros:
- ✅ AI Acquisition has a lot of positive reviews online.
- ✅ Jordan Lee has a visible online presence that shows he’s legit.
- ✅ AI Acquisition provides the tools and systems for your AI arbitrage agency.
- ✅ It provides 1-on-1 support (for higher packages).
Cons:
- ❌ AI Acquisition is expensive.
- ❌ It’s more about coaching + tool access than running an AI agency.
- ❌ AI Acquisition received accusations for review manipulation.
- ❌ You’re locked into their ecosystem.
Price: AI Acquisition costs $6000 (cheapest), $10,000 (middle), and $25,000 (highest). It also offers an introductory “AI Business Blueprint” for $97.
Refund policy: AI Acquisition offers a flexible refund if you can’t make the program work.
Origin: AI Acquisition was founded in July 2022.
Reputation: Jordan Lee has 230K Instagram followers, 30.2K YouTube subscribers, 9K Facebook followers, and 500+ LinkedIn connections.
What Is Jordan Lee’s AI Arbitrage Agency?
Jordan Lee’s AI arbitrage agency is a model that sells results to business owners at a premium and delivers those results using low-cost AI tools behind the scenes. For example, AI Acquisition offers its own tools and systems for $30 to $500. You use those to help your clients:
- Get more leads and appointments
- Follow up with old leads automatically
- Answer common customer questions
- Help train or support their staff
- And more!
You charge those businesses $5,000+ for your services. So if your tools cost between $30 and $500, your profit on a $5,000 deal could be roughly $4,500 to $4,970 before any other expenses. When you’re able to provide clients with results, you can pitch a monthly retainer for $1,000 to $3,000 for recurring revenue.
The best part about AI arbitrage agencies is that you don’t build the tech yourself. You will, however, have to learn how to use it effectively and efficiently. If you’re not a tech-savvy person, you can get AI Acquisition’s higher package for a team that sets everything up for you. Of course, that will bring your profit margins down.
What’s Included in the AI Acquisition Platform?
- AI Business Blueprint ($97). This is your demo into the platform. It has Live call recordings, Jordan Lee’s AI arbitrage secrets, and 5 free bonuses, including a guide on how to start your agency.
- A call with Jordan Lee or one of his team. Here, you tell them about your current experience, situation, and how much you want to invest. Afterwards, they will create a custom plan for you.
- Central business dashboard. You get a CRM, pipelines, tasks, notes, appointments, an account manager, and analytics to track leads, deals, and performance in one place.
- “Start → Market → Sell → Manage” growth workflow. There are tools and flows to start a business or map AI opportunities. The market section teaches how to generate leads (usually through LinkedIn) and fill your pipeline. Then, you use AI to personalize interactions and close more leads. Finally, you manage everything in an operating system that acquires, onboards, delivers to, and communicates with clients.
- Suite of prebuilt AI agents. You can plug this into your service processes. The agents include an AI Sales Coach, AI Organic Growth Engine, AI LinkedIn Growth Engine, AI Website Creator, AI Ads Writer, AI Account Manager, AI Cold Email Campaign Agent, etc…
- 1-on-1 coaching. Jordan Lee or one of his team members will coach you through it all. They’ll ask you how you’re getting on and where to improve.
What’s the Difference Between the $6K and $25K AI Acquisition Plans?
The difference between the $6k and $25k AI Acquisition plans lies in the level of access they provide. The $6K plan gives you the AI tools and coaching. The $25K plan includes done-for-you systems, AI agents, and a team to help launch and deliver client results fast.
Is AI Acquisition Legit?
AI Acquisition is legit. It’s a real platform with real software, a visible founder, hundreds of paying customers, and many students who say they’ve built or grown agencies using its systems.
However, it’s not some clean, risk-free “no-brainer”. It costs a lot of money (with the cheapest priced at $6,000) to access the coaching + AI tools and systems. Running an AI arbitrage agency also requires a lot of dedication. Your results depend heavily on your skills, effort, and risk tolerance. You have to see whether it’s something for YOU before investing.
Who Is AI Acquisition For?
AI Acquisition is for you if:
- You already want to build a real agency and are willing to do sales calls.
- You value structure, coaching, and having a predefined tech stack more than assembling everything yourself.
- You have the cash runway (or income) to risk several thousand on a program and still sleep at night.
- You own a marketing agency and want to implement AI tools to quicken the process.
AI Acquisition is NOT for you if:
- You’re not ready to put in the work to find clients for your agency.
- You’re looking for a passive online business.
- You don’t have the funds to invest in an expensive platform.
- You’re skeptical about these online programs from so-called “gurus”.
What Are the AI Acquisition Reviews Saying?
The AI Acquisition reviews are saying positive things about the platform. James, one student, used to work at a bar. But with AI Acquisition, he started and scaled his AI agency to $33,000 a month. And he says he didn’t pay for a single ad.

Another student, Rik, made $32,000/month with only 3 clients. As a software sales executive, he already knew how to manage software and pitch to potential clients. All he needed was AI Acquisition’s tools and systems to effectively run the delivery part of his agency.

One AI Acquisition Reddit review said he had a hard time setting up the systems. But with Jordan Lee’s help, he was able to manage his workload. He also said he upgraded to the $25,000 plan, and it got easier once commission-based sales reps helped him. Now, he has 4 clients that pay him $2,000/month Here’s an excerpt from his long Reddit review:

On the same Reddit thread, one user said that the review was just written by a salesperson. This user pointed out 3 other comments that all sounded the same and praised AI Acquisition. He makes you wonder if some positive reviews are being influenced by salespeople and students.

Other negative reviews criticize AI Acquisitions’ or Jordan Lee’s overhyped marketing, high-pressure sales, and disappointing delivery for some buyers.
Who Is Jordan Lee?

Jordan Lee is an experienced growth strategist, public educator, and founder of AI Acquisition. He built his career in sales long before he ever touched AI.
Growing up in a working-class part of the UK, he had to leave school early and work his way up. Jordan started with commission-only jobs until he landed at an ed-tech company, where he eventually became Managing Director. Under him, the company grew into a multi-million-dollar business.
Along the way, Jordan started using tools like ChatGPT to speed up his own work. He realized something most business owners hadn’t figured out yet: they knew they needed AI, but had no idea how to actually use it in a practical way.
That insight pushed him to leave the corporate world and start his own business around what he calls an “AI arbitrage agency”. He used existing AI tools to solve real problems for businesses and charged for the results. From that idea, he built his own AI tools and systems. Then, he created AI Acquisition, a platform and coaching program that helps people launch AI-powered service agencies without needing to code.
Today, Jordan Lee’s AI Acquisition has helped clients generate over $30 million in reported revenue, book 30,000 meetings, achieve 300+ client wins, and average $18,105 in monthly revenue.
What Are Jordan Lee’s Claims?
Jordan Lee claims that AI Acquisition training gives you exact step-by-step systems to take home $5,000 for a few hours of work. He says that 94% of businesses want to use AI but don’t know where to start. This is where your AI arbitrage agency comes in. Using his AI tools and systems, you can bring in $18,105 per month to business owners. Because you provide so much value, they’ll pay you big each month.

Are Jordan Lee’s Claims Realistic?
Jordan Lee’s claims are not realistic for most people. The “$18,105 per month” figure comes from a survey of 660+ businesses where only a bit over 100 even responded. This means that these results are not the average. For an AI arbitrage agency, success depends heavily on effort, skill, and other variables.
Sure, outside studies back up his basic premise that most businesses are interested in AI. However, a Qlik report found that only 21% of businesses have actually managed to operationalize AI. This shows how hard implementation really is.
Moreover, there are now low-cost AI tools like Zapier, Notion, or HubSpot’s AI features. Many businesses prefer to use these in-house for a modest monthly subscription instead of hiring a pricey agency.
So while it’s technically possible to land $5,000+ clients and help them grow using Jordan’s tools, doing it “in a few hours of work” is optimistic. You still have to find and close high-ticket clients and plug AI into messy real-world businesses. Plus, there’s no guarantee those systems will convert leads or produce that level of revenue for every client.
What Are Alternatives to AI Acquisition?
- G$D by Cody & Rahul. G$D’s 100K Automated AI Agency turns a marketing agency into a systems- and automation-driven AI shop. The course shows you how to use AI to automate content writing, appointment booking, graphics, and video creation. This way, you can scale toward $100K/month while keeping overhead low.
- AI Powered Agency Accelerator by Billy Gene. This program positions the AI agency as a high-ticket, ad-and-funnel-driven business. The goal is to get up to $302K/year from about 10 clients using AI-optimized advertising and funnels. It’s a 16-week live coaching program with Billy and his team, plus guest experts. You learn to use AI to speed up media buying, content, and funnel building so you can charge premium retainers.
- AI Marketing Agency Training by Deal.ai. This is different because the “AI agency” is built around a proprietary SaaS platform, not just tools like ChatGPT. The course teaches how to launch an AI-powered agency in about 7 days. Then, it pushes you into their software to handle things like Scroll Stopping Ads, Magic Hooks, and Ultra Fast Funnels.
Is AI Acquisition Worth It?
AI Acquisition is worth it if you get their $97 AI Business Blueprint. This will already give you the basics of running an AI arbitrage agency. It’ll also help you see if it’s a business you really want to start.
However, the platform + AI tools and systems are too expensive. You’ll pay a lot up front (with $6,000 being the cheapest) for tools you don’t own. Plus, most of them are built on cheap AI like ChatGPT. This is something you can learn on your own for free.
Even if you spend $25,000 for the personal coaching, there’s still no guarantee of success. Getting high-ticket clients for an AI arbitrage agency is not easy. The idea is to resell AI services (like lead generation or automation) to businesses. But many businesses already use these tools themselves for $20/month. Why would they pay you?
Besides, everyone’s copying the same strategy. The market is crowded. It’s hard to stand out or get clients unless you offer something special or you’re the best salesperson in town.
Of course, I know that AI is the future. But there is a much better use for it. This is through local lead generation.
Local Lead Generation vs AI Agency: Which Is Better?
Local lead generation is better than an AI agency. With local lead gen, you build simple websites with AI tools like Snapps.ai . The sites should be for local providers like plumbers, roofers, tree removers, etc… Then, you use AI to quickly rank those websites on Google. Once ranked, it will receive leads looking for that specific service in the area. You sell these leads to an actual local provider. You charge them monthly for the leads.
Here’s a local lead generation vs AI agency comparison:
- 🧑💼 Local lead generation is easier to get clients. All businesses want is to get more leads. An AI agency offers to implement systems that bring those calls in. Local lead generation provides ready-to-convert leads on the get-go.
- 💸 Local lead generation is cheaper. You only need to spend a one-time payment of $500 to set up a website. Then, there’s a $30/month expense to maintain the site. With an AI agency, you likely have to spend at least $200/month to keep your AI tool subscriptions.
- 💰 Local lead generation is passive income. Once your sites rank, leads come in on their own and go straight to your client. You can leave them alone and still earn a high income. But with an AI agency, you have to set up the AI systems for each new client. Then, you have to make sure it’s working for each one. You also always have to communicate with clients and prove results.
- 🌍 Local lead generation is easier to scale. All you need to do is build more websites, rank them, and find local providers who need leads. An AI agency scales by perfecting systems, finding more high-ticket clients, and hiring a team. That takes a long time.
- 🧭 Local lead generation has less competition. It’s easier to rank because you’re only competing with local businesses that usually don’t have strong SEO. An AI agency competes against big names like ChatGPT, HubSpot, Zapier, and more. Plus, there are thousands of individual AI agencies out there.
- 🏆 Local lead generation is a high trust business model. Local businesses trust people who bring them customers, not just promises. You offer them ready leads, so there’s not much convincing you need to do. With an AI agency, you have to convince clients that your service will work for a high price.
In my opinion, running an AI agency is like trying to sell Adobe Photoshop to Bob the Barber. All he wants is more customers, not a software that promises this and that. On the other hand, local lead generation is like using Photoshop to design flyers for Bob, and those flyers bring in 10 new clients a week. Now he’s happy to pay you.
Local Lead Generation Is My #1 Business Recommendation

Local lead generation is my #1 business recommendation because it’s true passive income. I’ve tried a lot of businesses, including an FB marketing agency that uses AI. With my agency, I was only making $3,000/month, and I was working long hours on it. But with local lead generation, I generate $52,000/month, and I hardly touch my websites now. One of my sites, Orange County Artesian Custom Iron Gates, 3529 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, CA 92869, (714) 699-9086, ocirongates.com, sells an average of 6 leads per month. My client, a gate company in the area, earns $54,000 from those leads. Since I ask for a 10% commission, I take $5,4000 each month.
If you’re looking for a business with passive income, then local lead generation is the best bet. I created a local lead gen program to help you get started. I’ve already trained 7,000+ students. Plus, I offer direct support and coaching. Go check it out if you’re interested! Or, you can work with one of my clients. He’ll pay you a 1% to 5% commission for each website you build for him.
