We leverage the power of the internet, content creation, and ability to organically rank sites in Google to build out digital assets (websites) that we then rent out to local businesses. Because we own the asset, the biz owner has to keep paying us month after month like they're our tenant paying us rent, if they don't make payments, we can simply send the leads to their competitor. We are the landlords of our own digital real estate (lead get sites). If you build it, they will come.

Most business owners already do, it makes no difference.
