In this lesson, Adrian talks about the Profit and Loss Statement he uses.

With this template, you can determine your daily Return On Investment. 

So the point of this video was to provide you with an exit strategy, when instead you only got a P&L Statement. Don't get me wrong, it's good to have.

But I have seen better templates out there...

And this is the only thing that Adrian discusses in detail...

Surely there's a lot more to selling a business than just having a P&L Statement..?

There isn't much to say about an entire training module that comprises of a single 12 minute video.


In my opinion it isn't an exit strategy at all but rather a daily Profit and Loss template to keep track of your finances and products. Nothing more.


This spreadsheet will help you identify winning and losing products, not sell your business. IMO.

This is a great topic to add in any business model course, but not many courses actually do. This is the only dropshipping course I know of, that even mentions an Exit Strategy.

Kudos to Adrian there. 

Sadly, Adrian doesn't go into any real detail. The way this Exit Plan is put together will not instill you with a lot of confidence. It's a spreadsheet. That's it.

You're not told how to use it. Or where to advertise your business when you want to sell it. Or how long you should wait before thinking of selling etc.

I'll be brutally honest - if you want to sell your business, that's exactly what you have to do. You have to SELL your business to someone else. This Exit Strategy doesn't really tell you how.  

Savvy business people don't buy businesses based on a single spreadsheet with estimated net and gross profits. But hey. That's just me...

I guess if all else fails: SELL! SELL! SELL!
