Freelife Society Review: Is Chris J Brown’s Affiliate Marketing Reliable in 2025?
Freelife Society is Chris J Brown’s program that teaches high-ticket affiliate marketing. It focuses on promoting expensive investment platforms for large commissions. The program claims you can generate around $6,750 with just one or two sales per week. It also teaches how to market yourself and automate your business, so you can live a free lifestyle.
Freelife Society features several student success stories. Many students were able to quit their regular 9-to-5 jobs and travel around the world. Carly, one of their most successful students, makes $150K per month. Chris J Brown, the founder, also appears in interviews on YouTube and Instagram. This helps establish his presence as an affiliate marketer who promotes “freedom.” However, there are no other mentions of Freelife Society outside of these sources.
I did affiliate marketing from 2017 to 2019. I know this business model relies on getting people to buy a product, which isn’t easy. You need an audience that trusts you, especially when selling expensive products. It takes a lot of time. In this Freelife Society review, I talk about the high-ticket offer, including Legacy Builder, what’s inside, and whether the claims are realistic. I also cover its pricing, refund policy, and pros and cons.
What Are Freelife Society Pros and Cons?
Pros:
- Freelife Society is affordable.
- The program includes a 30-minute 1-on-1 coaching call and weekly live training.
- It provides step-by-step marketing funnels for Chris J Brown’s proven affiliate marketing process.
- Freelife Society focuses on 3 core skills to keep it simple for beginners.
Cons:
- Freelife Society promotes Legacy Builder, which has a reputation as an MLM.
- The program has zero reviews or testimonials from third-party platforms.
- You may need to buy its affiliate products and use paid ads, increasing your total costs.
Pricing: Freelife Society costs £77 (around $100) as a one-time payment.
Refund policy: Freelife Society comes with an action-based 14-day money-back guarantee. Action-based means you must prove you gave the business training & coaching a go.
Reputation: Freelife Society has an Instagram page with 56 followers. However, the founder, Chris J Brown, has 9.1K Instagram and 1.4K Facebook followers.
Origin: Freelife Society was launched in 2021.
Is Freelife Society’s Affiliate Marketing Reliable in 2025?
Freelife Society’s affiliate marketing is not reliable in 2025. High-ticket affiliate marketing is harder now than before. People are more skeptical about buying expensive products, especially investment platforms. The main product Freelife Society promotes is Legacy Builder, which has a bad reputation online. One Reddit user calls it a pyramid scheme that teaches basic stuff. They say you only make money by selling the course, not by learning from it. Another Redditor is surprised that Legacy Builder hasn’t been shut down yet.
Even if you promote other high-ticket products, Freelife Society still uses paid ads. People often ignore display ads, leading to a low 1.3% engagement rate. In 2025, consumers prefer organic content over ads. You also have to constantly run new ad campaigns to get more traffic to your sales pages. You spend hundreds of dollars, and you might not get that money back.
Finally, affiliate marketing is a crowded market. Many marketers are selling similar high-ticket products. You need more than basic marketing to stand out and gain trust.
I’m not saying Freelife Society is a scam or that you won’t find freedom with it. Chris J Brown has built a successful six-figure business using his methods. He has many student testimonials supporting this. However, it takes more than just following the system.
What’s Included in Freelife Society?
Freelife Society includes:
- The core training.
- Personalized sales funnels and web classes.
- Private Facebook community.
- Weekly live training sessions & masterminds.
- 30-minute 1-on-1 coaching call.
- 1:1 mentorship access from other 6-7 figure online earners.
- Invitation to offline events all around the world.
For the core training, you’ll learn 3 skills:
- How to choose the right high-ticket affiliate product.
- How to attract buyers using paid ads, social media, and storytelling.
- How to automate your business with email marketing, sales pages, and pre-recorded videos.
Freelife Society is reportedly valued at £4,088 ($5,396), but it’s available for only £77 ($102). This price gives you lifetime membership access to the full package. However, to maximize success, there are additional costs, such as the Legacy Builder affiliate program ($900) and ad spend. From my experience, ads cost around $500-$2,000 per month.
Are Freelife Society Students Successful?
Freelife Society students are successful. Carly followed the program’s training and now makes $150K per month. She already had an audience from her juice brand. But Carly had to quit when health problems stopped her from working so hard. Freelife Society allowed her to work less and earn even more than her first business. Jake, another student, earns £30K per month, allowing him to move to the countryside and live freely.
Samara was a mom juggling a waitress job while taking care of her kids. With Freelife Society, she’s now a stay-at-home mom who makes $100K per month and spends more time with her family. Other students’ successes include Simone, who earned €2,445 from his first sale, and Lewis Rodgers, who made £7,000 in 30 days.
Kadda’s testimonial isn’t just about money. She says she’s the happiest she’s ever been because she can now travel the world. 2 years ago, she was heavily depressed working in an architect’s office for 6 years. Although it was her dream job, she needed a change. Kadda tried many online businesses, but nothing worked until she found Freelife Society.
Student testimonials all appear on Freelife Society’s sales page. There are no student reviews found on other platforms like Reddit and YouTube. The income claims look impressive, but it’s biased since they only show success, not the students who struggled to get the promised results.
What Does Freelife Society Promise?
Freelife Society promises you can make a full-time income while traveling the world. Because the focus is on affiliate products with high commissions, it claims you can make £2,000 ($2,640) to £5,000 ($6,600) per sale. If you sell at least one product per week, your monthly income will be $10,560 to $26,400. And you only need to spend 2 to 3 hours working on your business. These claims are based on the founder Chris J Brown’s own success. He teaches his exact methods to help students achieve that same success.
Are Freelife Society Income and Freedom Claims Realistic?
Freelife Society income and freedom claims are not realistic. When I was doing affiliate marketing, building an audience took far more time than just a few hours a day. Even with ads, you spend a lot of time testing what works and what doesn’t. It may give you more freedom than a 9-to-5, but you still have to work hard, especially in the first years.
Legacy Builder, the main Freelife Society product, only pays a 5%-6% commission. Since this program costs $900, you only earn $45-$54 per sale. That’s far from the promised $2K-$6K. Also, according to OptiMonk, high-ticket affiliate products usually convert at about 0.5% to 1%. Getting even one sale a week is very hard without a huge audience. You have to be a bit lucky in the market to replicate the success of Freelife Society’s founder, Chris J Brown.
Who Is Chris J Brown?
Chris J Brown is the creator of Freelife Society and calls himself a ‘freedom architect’. He has a decent online reputation, with 9K Instagram followers and a few interviews on YouTube and Instagram. Chris says he escaped the traditional path of debts, jobs he hated, and feeling stuck. His turning point came when he left everything behind to travel to Australia. He loved the freedom and didn’t want to go back. This is why Chris started an online business promoting high-ticket affiliate products. He created Freelife Society so that others don’t have to take too much risk and can follow his blueprint on how to earn money and enjoy life.
What’s a Better Alternative to Freelife Society’s Affiliate Marketing?
Local lead generation is a better alternative to Freelife Society’s affiliate marketing. Here’s why:
- Local lead generation has a predictable monthly income. You rent out your websites to local businesses for a monthly fee. Affiliate commissions, on the other hand, rely on how many sales you make. It’s unpredictable.
- It has less competition. You target local businesses in specific cities and industries. And since you’re ranking in local search, you’re only up against websites in that area. High-ticket affiliate marketing competes globally against millions of others, even experienced marketers.
- Local lead gen is true passive income. It takes a bit of work to build, rank, and rent out websites. But after that, you don’t need to worry about finding more clients or running ads. You only need to do a little maintenance each month. Freelife Society’s model means always running ads and updating your messaging to get buyers.
- You own your digital assets. Local lead gen websites are yours. When rented out, you just add the local business’s details. Affiliate marketers depend entirely on other companies’ products and policies. If that changes, their whole business can collapse.
- Local lead generation builds lasting business partnerships. I have one client who’s been with me since 2015. These relationships provide stability and referral opportunities. Affiliate marketing involves anonymous transactions. You hardly even deal with the buyer yourself.
- It teaches valuable digital marketing skills. This includes SEO, website creation, business relationship building, AI tools, and negotiation. Freelife Society training only covers affiliate products, paid ads, and sending traffic to other people’s offers.
As someone who’s done both business models, I know local lead gen is the best way to go. I stopped affiliate marketing in 2019 as I couldn’t keep up with it. That’s also the time I turned my full focus on local lead generation. Today, I make $50,000 per month from 10+ rented out websites without doing much.
If you’re interested in local lead gen, check out Dan Klein’s ‘Job Killing’, the program that taught me everything. With my experience with the business, Dan added me as one of the coaches. If you already know the basics of building a website and ranking it, you can work with my roofing clien t. Build and rank websites for him, and he’ll pay you a 1% to 5% commission when it’s rented out.
