Jeremy Williams’ Rank and Rent SEO Course Review: What Is The Strategy For Landing Rental Partnerships?

August 20, 2024

Rank and Rent SEO Course by Jeremy Williams is a learning program for building profitable, high-ranking websites that can be rented out to businesses. It provides a clear, actionable roadmap, from choosing a niche to optimizing for search engines. This makes it accessible even to beginners at SEO. The course also promises a unique blend of training, tools, and community support.

Reviews for the course are limited to what it publishes on its official website. Rank and Rent SEO is a fairly new platform that was launched in February 2024.

Rank and rent SEO works by creating a website and optimizing it to rank high on search engine results. Once the site ranks, you can then rent it to businesses looking for leads. This model allows for recurring revenue once the site is established and generates traffic.

Dan Klein and James Dooley are two of the most prominent names in the Rank and Rent space. They built multimillion dollar companies based on the Rank and Rent and local lead generation business model.

This Rank and Rent SEO Course review will cover what is included in the program, who Jeremy Williams is, and what his students are saying about the training. We'll also dive into whether you can make money with rank and rent SEO and discuss the key factors affecting results in 2024.

What's Jeremy Williams' Strategy for Landing Rental Partnerships?

The strategy for landing rental partnerships is to develop a credible brand. For Jeremy Williams, you need more than just a solid offer to effectively pitch your services. With many scams and spam emails circulating, presenting yourself as a professional entity helps differentiate you from amateurs and potential frauds.

Here are the primary reasons why you need to build a brand:

  • To maintain credibility and professionalism: A well-established brand adds credibility to your approach. For instance, business owners are more likely to engage with a professional entity than an individual with a generic email address.
  • To protect your assets: You can protect your digital assets by leveraging your brand. This will prevent your websites and keywords from being exposed prematurely. It also keeps your strategies secure until you're ready to share them with a client.
  • Centralization and Organization: A unified brand allows you to centralize your portfolio. This makes it easier to manage multiple assets and websites. It simplifies billing, client communication, and operational procedures under one entity.

When building your brand, ensure it stands out as a separate entity from your rank and rent projects. For example, use a domain like treeingdallas.com for a tree removal project. However, opt for a broader brand name, like LeadFlow Media. This name will represent your services universally.

Set up a dedicated email address and phone number for your brand. Also, develop a business website with service landing pages that highlight your offerings. Ensure it is fast, error-free, and visually appealing, as it represents your brand's first impression.

Your website might not focus on acquiring clients through search engine optimization initially. But ensure it ranks for your brand name. This builds trust when potential clients search for your company online.

Highlight your SEO achievements and client testimonials on your website, but be cautious about revealing sensitive information. Success stories can build trust and illustrate your capabilities to potential clients.

How fast you can make money with rank and rent lead generation websites depends on your ability to rank or overall SEO knowledge and skills. The fastest, in our experience, is less than a month. However, the general timeframe for ranking a website is 3-6 months.

The need for extensive SEO knowledge and support highlights the importance of high-quality Rank and Rent course and coaching program.

How to Start a Rank and Rent Business?

  • Look for a Rank and Rent Business Opportunity: To start, identify a niche with demand and limited competition. This could be a local service, like plumbing or landscaping. Ensure the niche has potential for high search volume on Google.
  • Build a Rank and Rent Asset: Next, create a website tailored to the niche. Choose a domain name that reflects the service, like "bestcityplumbers.com." Set up a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress or Snapps.ai to manage the site easily.
  • Optimize the Asset with Rank and Rent SEO: For the website to appear in search results, you’ll need a solid SEO strategy. This includes keyword research, content creation, off-page and on-page SEO.
  • Partner with a Local Business to Take Your Leads: Once your site ranks on Google and starts generating leads, find a local business interested in renting the site. Reach out to local service providers who can benefit from the leads your site generates.
  • Scale the Process: After successfully renting your first website, you can create multiple rank and rent assets. Aim for different niches or expand geographically. The more sites you manage, the more passive income you can generate. You can also hire VAs to outsource some tasks.

What Factors Affect Rank and Rent Results in 2024?

  • Optimized Site Titles: Ensure your website titles are clear and include main keywords along with the city name to improve local search visibility. Repeating keywords unnecessarily can appear spammy. Instead, diversify your titles with related terms to broaden your ranking potential. For example, Instead of "Chicago Roofing: Roof Repair & Roofing Services," use "Chicago Roof Repair & Replacement Services – Affordable Options."
  • Authoritative Content: Create content that is not only informative but also engaging enough to keep users on the page longer. This increases visitor dwell time and signals quality to Google. Study top-ranking sites in major cities to identify content strengths and areas for improvement. Provide practical advice, answer common questions, and include detailed guides relevant to the service offered (example: "How to Choose the Right Roofer in Chicago" ).
  • Digital Footprints: Establish a presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. This helps build brand credibility and informs Google that your business is legitimate and active. Maintaining consistent information across platforms reinforces your brand’s identity. This can also help you avoid penalties from Google for appearing as a fake or spammy site. Beyond social media, consider maintaining a blog, participating in industry forums, and engaging in community activities online.
  • High-Quality Citations: Focus on obtaining citations from reputable and relevant directories. This enhances your local SEO by improving your Google Business Profile (GBP, formerly Google My Business or GMB). Ensure your Name, Address, and Phone number (NAP) are consistent across all citations to build trust with search engines. Also, verify that your citations are indexed by Google. This shows they are recognized and valuable.
  • Relevant Backlinks: Use tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush to discover where competitors are getting their backlinks. Aim for backlinks from a variety of sources. This includes industry-specific blogs, directories, and even guest posts.
  • Content Updates: Update your site content regularly to show Google that your site is current and relevant. This can include adding new information, updating statistics, or revising old posts. Updating content can significantly boost your rankings. Businesses like HubSpot have seen increases in organic traffic by consistently refreshing their content.
  • Site Design and Speed: Ensure your site loads quickly, as slow sites can deter visitors and hurt rankings. Use tools like Google PageSpeed Insights to assess and improve performance. A significant portion of searches are conducted on mobile devices. Ensure your site is responsive and easy to navigate on all screens. Design your site with a clear call to action and intuitive navigation to keep visitors engaged.
  • Avoid Stock Photos: Use original or client-specific images to create a more genuine and trustworthy appearance. Authentic images help differentiate your site from competitors using generic stock photos. If client photos aren’t available, use royalty-free sites like Pixabay to find unique images that better represent your business.

Is It Worth Starting a Rank & Rent SEO Business in 2024?

Yes, it’s still worth starting a Rank and Rent SEO business in 2024. The strategy continues to be effective and may represent one of the best opportunities in SEO moving forward. This is despite the changes Google has been leading to.

A notable development is Google’s Search Generative Experience (SGE). It uses AI to generate answers for informational search queries by aggregating data from across the web. According to Gartner, Google SGE could lead to a 25% reduction in website clicks by 2026. Users may prefer AI-generated responses over visiting websites.

This shift primarily impacts websites targeting national or international audiences, such as affiliate marketing blogs. However, it doesn't significantly affect websites focused on local search. AI-generated results often do not meet the needs of users seeking local businesses. Google SGE does not typically provide responses for these types of local queries.
