Why Local Lead Generation Is the Best Opportunity
Local lead generation is the best opportunity because of its passiveness and scalability. Ranking sites using local SEO will generate leads hands-free. As long as your site is ranking, it will continue to attract leads. Rent the site out and you earn passively every month. You only need to repeat this “rank-and-rent” process to scale. Scaling other lead generation opportunities involves investing in outsourcing and automation.
Because of its passiveness, there is no limit to scaling a local lead generation business. I have dozens of sites earning me over $52K a month. Because I do not need to run any ads or marketing campaigns, my profit margin is as high as 90%. This is why local lead generation is my preferred lead generation opportunity.
