  5. Drywall
  6. Painting
  7. Water damage and restoration

Local lead generation is about creating websites that attract customers searching for local services. These websites capture leads and pass them on to local businesses. You earn a commission for each lead, usually between $20 and $50. This can add up to $500 to $3,000 per month for each site.

Choosing the right niche is important for success in local lead generation because it determines your potential earnings and ease of ranking your website. High-demand niches like cleaning and towing services always attract a steady flow of leads because they are always needed. High-value services like roof repair and landscaping bring in higher commissions per lead, increasing your profits. Niches with less competition are easier to rank for on search engines, making it simpler to attract customers. By picking the right niche, you can maximize your earnings and reduce the effort needed to maintain your lead generation sites.

This article will list the top 50 local lead generation niches you can use for your local lead generation business. Additionally, it provides a different job for each niche, along with its average cost. It will teach you how to target those keywords and rank for them so you can earn commissions from these various jobs.

Property Maintenance

Local is king.

Why?

Local business owners need help.

And they know it.

Local lead generation is easier to sell and rank than national or international.

Think high-demand niches.

What are people looking for?

Property-focused businesses are an area that generates a ton of interest.

The majority of homeowners look to outsource specific services.

Here are a few tried and true top contenders in the property sector proven to be high-ticket and fast money makers.

1. Landscaping

When you go local it's essential to consider population.

We like going after cities with populations between 75K-250K.

Landscaping is a kick-ass niche as it's forecast to see annual growth rates of 4.5% between now and 2025.

This $98.7 billion industry can be competitive, so you need to do your due diligence.

Check out the competition.

Is the market saturated?

Are there enough companies to give you the pick of the litter when selling your leads?

Keep in mind you won't see high volume traffic until you hit the top three in the map pack.

But people in the group have seen outrageous success with landscaping.

Get uber-specific about the services you concentrate on.

You've got the green light to build more than one lead gen property for the same niche-just go sub-niche.

Think things like:

Don't worry about it.

You're in control-sitting in the driver's seat.

Find someone who gets it and carry on.

This course offers tips on how to vet business owners so you don't get taken advantage of.

But like in everything-there's always a few rotten apples.

That's business.

Believe me this lead gen model includes all the techniques you need to bring in a passive income.

A steady stream of cash.

Here's why:

  • Local lead generation doesn't base its success on finding the right trending product week after week, month after month.
  • You don't have to consistently make adjustments to your advertising methods or budgets. In fact, you don't have to run Facebook, Instagram or Google ads at ALL...
  • There's no buying and selling of products. You don't have to worry about profit margins. Or shipping. Or returns. Or any of the other problems associated with selling physical products. EVER!
  • You get FREE organic traffic from Google.
  • If you set it up properly from the start, you can leave your lead gen site for months without having to tweak it.
  • It provides you with a passive income. THAT'S the golden ticket!

It's not just the training that's next level.

The support and constant updates-keeping current with algorithms-trends-you name it.

This program gives it all to you because the founder wouldn't have it any other way.

The dude's name is Dan.

He has spent over a decade fine-tuning this program.

Countless hours sharing ways to get those big wins.

FaceTime lives twice a week.

Dropping bomb after bomb of knowledge and actionable systems you can use to take your local lead gen game to the next level.

Here's a picture of me and Dan.

I started as a student.

No background in this stuff.

Knew nothing.

Now my success has granted me a partnership with Dan.

And we work together to help our students slay the competition.

We mentioned that we have 6300 students in this program.

Well-being a member of this group is a big part of being successful with this program.

It's not the drink the Kool-Aid kinda scene.

Far from it.

It's about like-minded people coming together.

Entrepreneurs who are here to win.

Sharing strategies-wins-losses.

Asking questions-celebrating victories.

The support the group members have for one another is almost as mind-blowing as this one of a kind training.

And the Facebook group is a no-cost perk to taking the course.

Literally thousands of people to bounce ideas off-learn new systems-ask for help-and cheer each other on.

There are over 400 niches.

In any country.

In any city.

Anywhere in the world.

Build as many lead gen sites as you want.

Land deal after deal.

The sky's the limit honestly.

The more you build and sell the more money you make.

It's that simple.

  1. I clicked your link to book a call but there's no way to book a call on that page. Do you guys teach ranking first then rent or renting first then rank?

    1. Hello Dr. Kalplan. Thanks for reading and taking the time to comment. Our coaching program focuses on telephone-based niches like drywall repair, landscaping, etc. It gets a bit legalese when working with niches such as doctors, chiropractors, etc. I’m not saying it can’t be done. But I personally have not pursued this space as there are so many other low hanging fruit options that are way easier to rank for fast in the local market and generate passive income within 3-6 months. I hope this answers your question but if you have others or would like more information about our local lead generation coaching program you can book a call and speak with one of our coaches using this link: https://ippei.com/best/. All the best and thanks again for reading my blog.

  2. It's important to fully research and understand a niche before creating content for it. I agree that fiberglass pools and pool construction is an excellent high-ticket niche to pursue. With pools costing tens of thousands of dollars, there is great potential for lucrative affiliate marketing and lead generation. Providing value to pool shoppers through informative, trust-building content can drive conversions. Thanks again for the feedback – it's rewarding to know my niche research and insights hit the mark for a niche expert like yourself. I appreciate you taking the time to share your niche experience with us.

  3. I am a home inspector (26 years in the biz) in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. I have a website and am paying someone to manage the SEO $200 per month, but I hardly ever get clients that tell me they found me on the web. Most of my business comes from real estate agents and previous clients referring me to other people who need a home inspection.

What if I learned how to promote my own website? What do you think about home inspection being a niche business doing what you do for home inspectors in smaller cities and towns.

Sketch a picture of what I can do for my own business (I need more clients) and to help other home inspectors in other cities do the same.

    Thanks.

    1. Hi Luke! Thanks for your kind words. I’m glad you enjoyed the article. Each niche is location and population-specific so I would research to determine if there is a demand for this market and what kind of competition you’re facing. The idea is to focus on phone-driven services, so while the flower delivery niche would not be my first choice, if you can fill a gap in the market in a local location, it might be worth it. If you have questions about the business model or would like more information, you can use this link: https://ippei.com/best/ to book a call with one of our coaches. We’d be happy to answer any questions and wish you the best of luck.

      1. Based on your reply to Luke, I take it, all of the niches listed in this article are considered 'phone-driven' niches. Am I correct in my assumption?

        1. Hey Melvin. Thanks for reading. Yes in answer to your question the niches listed in this article are all phone-driven. Best of luck in your lead generation journey and thanks for taking the time to comment.

    1. Hey Strefa! Thanks for your comment and for taking the time to read the article. I’m glad you enjoyed it. Did you have a favorite from this list?

  5. This was exactly what I was looking for. I'm trying to niche down away from being a generalist. I'm a one man agency. I thought well… I'm learning wholesaling real estate so why not cater to real estates peeps…. and I know service industry pretty well so why not shrink it to that. Then I found this article. Do you think that's niched down far enough or bite the bullet and pick one thing??

This is a pivotal moment for me in my personal growth and career. I value your response.

    1. That’s exactly the idea Martin niching down. You have plenty of contacts in the service industry so you’re ahead of the ball game already. You can either stick to one niche or do multiple. It comes down to what you feel comfortable doing, where you are and what the demand is. Try pitching your services to all your contacts, whoever bites, stick with that for starters. Either way, in the coaching program we teach you what needs to be done to achieve results. Set up a call with the team so you can get going here -> https://ippei.com/best

      1. whats up ippei ive been trying to reach you for years…. do you still teach this stuff, get with me whenever you can.. ive tried everyway possible to reach you dude..
