Private Wealth Academy was founded by Carlton Weiss in 2015. It is an online school that teaches you how to build generational wealth through various elite tactics, such as setting up a private trust fund and applying for corporate credit. Though set up by Carlton Weiss, all 9 modules are taught by Zachary Miller, the corporate owner, with the website and all its collateral materials having the face of Jon Miller, the head trustee.
The Private Wealth Management Academy features 9 modules, and all have a free workshop that talks about what you’ll learn in each course. In every workshop, you are told that you are learning the “secrets of the elite” and that these strategies are what they themselves use to earn more money or protect their assets.
But are the courses really worth learning? After watching all the workshops, I just felt these secrets were oversimplified that make you believe you can do everything on your own when you shouldn't.
This comprehensive Private Wealth Academy review will break down exactly what you’ll learn in each program and what Miller (or Weiss) doesn’t tell you about their strategies.
I’ll also recommend a safer alternative, local lead generation, which is entirely legal, can be learned by anyone, does not require huge capital, and is entirely transparent about what it does and how it benefits its customers.
Is Private Wealth Academy worth the price?
Private Wealth Academy is worth the price, if only because it offers a great refund policy for all its programs.
However, what Miller fails to mention in any of his financial planning workshops is that the elite typically have hundreds of professionals working under them or for them. They may use the strategies outlined within the 9 programs, but they also have a full legal team that can protect them from possible scams or if things go awry.
A normal person does not have this luxury.
Is Private Wealth Academy a scam?
No, Private Wealth Academy isn't a scam, but some of their strategies seem somewhat illegal.
Keep in mind that Private Wealth Academy openly state that they are not lawyers and are only basing their strategies on what has worked for their previous students.

Can anyone follow Carlton Weiss’ advice?
Anyone, regardless of industry or financial capacity, can follow Carlton Weiss’ advice on wealth creation. The workshops are very easy to understand and unlike most free investment training, they give you something of value at the end.
The question that should be asked is, “Should I follow Carlton Weiss’ advice?” Listen to the workshops, take note of what you’ve learned, and then seek a second opinion (preferably from a lawyer AND a financial advisor or several financial professionals).
Remember that Private Wealth Academy openly states that it is not liable for anything that may happen if you follow its strategies. The techniques are NOT approved by lawyers or anyone in the banking industry.

This program teaches you how to become a trustee to a private trust so that all your assets are legally controlled (but not owned) by you and not wealth managers. By setting up a trust, you move all your financial assets into a separate vehicle that is not tied down to your name.
This means that no one (not even the government) can take away what is (technically) not yours.
There are several advantages to this. The most obvious one is that you are not legally bound to pay your taxes. Your trust is completely different from your earnings, and you only need to declare what you personally own, under your name.
This is why billionaires such as Warren Buffet and former President Donald Trump have paid only around 0.0006% of their total earnings - technically, they control millions of dollars in a trust, but since they do not own that trust, they are not liable for it. They only pay taxes for what they own.
Setting up a private trust also protects you in case of a divorce. Legally, your spouse is entitled to 50% of all you own (for most states, unless you set up a prenuptial agreement), but if you don’t own anything, you don’t have to give anything. In fact, trust laws even work FOR you during a marriage dissolution. If your house is under a trust, and your spouse is not a trustee, then you can ask them to leave your house after a divorce because they are legally trespassing on another person’s property.
Yes, Bulletproof Trust is legal. Creating a private trust is protected by the Constitution because everyone has the right to manage their finances as they want to. Trusts also protect the person from extreme market fluctuations and political events like war.
Only private lawyers can draft a private trust. Miller makes it clear that lawyers are public servants, and most of the time, the trusts they create are public trusts, which are not as “bulletproof”. In Bulletproof Trust, you are given dozens of templates so that you can create as many private trusts as you want for each of your assets.
In Bulletproof Trust, you only need to download the files and find a guarantor (this can be anyone you know - they are not legally bound to the trust after it is created). Miller guarantees that you can create your first private trust within 24 hours of accessing the files (some students say they completed theirs within 30 minutes).
Private trusts usually remain undisclosed except to the trustee and their beneficiaries. Wills, however, are public documents and need to go through probate.
Most importantly, wills don’t go into effect until after you pass away, whereas a trust can be effective whenever you say it should be. This is great if you’re setting up a college fund for your children.
A 508(c)1 allows you record tax-exempt transactions, similar to a 501(c)3 for nonprofit organizations. However, a 508(c)1 can only be used for faith-based organizations. You can only use this if you are running a church or some sort of ministry.
You’ll have access to over 50 downloaded templates and more than 100 videos. You will also learn 3 secrets:
The program is normally $2,997, but for a limited time is only $997.
According to Miller, Private Wealth Academy has taught over 3,000 students how to build a private trust. He DOESN’T mention how many of them were successful.
Bulletproof Trust's goal is to teach 10,000 students by the end of 2023.
Private Wealth Academy only offers paid business administration phone consultations. They clarify that they are NOT attorneys and cannot give you any legal advice. Still, they offer 24/7 email support with an AI-run support center.
Estate planning is not complicated to understand, but it is a complex process.
Miller makes it seem so incredibly easy to set up a private trust or investment portfolio. However, you would need a different private trust for every type of asset you have; one for your business, one for your house, one for your cash, etc. Miller says that you can just print out the templates - but what happens after that?
He makes no mention of what you do after you get a guarantor. Do you need to go to a law firm? A bank? The IRS? Do you need to get these documents notarized?
ARE these documents even legally worthy? If push comes to shove and you need to present these trust documents in court, will they withstand scrutiny?
There are advantages to setting up a private trust to reach your financial goals, but do your research and hire a legal professional to help you set one up.
Private Wealth Academy offers a great refund policy, but also admits to not being comprised of lawyers themselves. Carlton Weiss supposedly created this program after years of being a private investigator for some of our country’s elite (like Rockefeller). Nevertheless, being exposed to something is different from being an expert at it, especially if you’re going to go start teaching people about it (and charging them for your knowledge).
2. Corporate Credit Secrets

Zach Miller explains that applying for a business credit card is a win-win tax planning solution for both you and the bank. You are able to receive corporate credit, averaging $50,000 per card, and have no personal liability to pay off your debts.
Banks, on the other hand, write off corporate debts as part of their fractional reserves and then asks the Federal Reserve to pay them. Because the Federal Reserve is a privately-owned entity, your debt does not add to the National Debt.
The course mentions former President Donald Trump, and how even if he has declared personal bankruptcy several times, he has always been successful in receiving corporate loans for credit optimized corporations.
Yes, but it is not sustainable. It is true that you can receive a business credit card that is NOT tied to your personal one - allowing you to maintain your credit score without worrying about your corporate credit.
However, continually applying for corporate credit is NOT sustainable. Despite what Miller (or Weiss) believes, applying for corporate credit IS NOT free money.
You first need to create your own business and apply for an Employee Identification Number (EIN), which is similar to your SSN, only for your company. Depending on the bank you are applying to, there are several other requirements.
You will receive multiple guides and have access to around 50 videos. You will also receive 3 bonuses:
The program is normally $2,997, but for a limited time is only $997.
Private Wealth Academy has taught over 900 students how to successfully apply for corporate credit. He DOESN’T mention how many of them were successful.
Corporate Credit Secrets has a goal of teaching 5,000 students by the end of 2023.
If you watch the workshop until the end, you will be given a number that you can call. Supposedly, Zach himself will reach out to you and answer any concerns you may have. The catch here is that you need to input your credit card details before getting a callback. Zach explains that this only shows proof of your intent, and you will NOT be charged.
It is possible for you to apply for business credit with just your EIN, but they’re few and far between. Most banks will ask you for your SSN so that they can double-check your credit and see whether you’re qualified. Miller says he will teach you how to work around this so that you never have to divulge personal information.
But, is this true? Even if it was, is constantly applying for corporate credit under a different business name sustainable? While banks do earn money mostly through loans and encourage small business owners to apply for corporate credit to stimulate the economy, they also have fail-safes that prevent a business owner from having several lines of credit that all end up in default.
Corporate credit is useful, especially if you are looking for a higher credit limit. It is also true that you are not personally liable to pay these debts off, and declaring bankruptcy will not affect your credit score.).
But, it seems vaguely illegal. I should also mention that Miller constantly repeats that this money management course is “completely legal” and “carries 0 risks”, but his (unwarranted) insistence on these “facts” makes me even warier.
Corporate Credit Secrets carries a 1-year guarantee, so the refund policy is great, but I’d still not recommend it.
3. Debt Removal
Price:
One-time payment of $997
Refund Policy:
100% money-back 365-day guarantee
Mode of Instruction:
PDF files and video
As its name suggests, Debt Removal teaches you how to remove your debt. It is different from debt consolidation which reduces the amount you have to pay each cutoff or lengthens the time between each payment.
In this program, you maximize two laws that force banks, medical institutions, and schools to forgive your debt:
Supposedly, all you have to do is fill out the templates, submit these letters to your collectors, and expect a completely forgiven debt within 24 hours.
You can use this for all kinds of debts, from your student loans to your credit card debts. The program is not meant for secured loans such as mortgages.
Not quite. Remember the two laws mentioned above? (Under “What does Debt Removal teach you”). The definitions placed after the laws are how Zach explained them during his workshop. However, a basic Google search into these laws state something completely different.
Considering that these two laws provide the basis of the program, I’d be extremely hesitant to apply anything you’d learn here.
You will receive multiple guides and have access to several videos. You will also receive 3 bonuses:
The program is normally $2,497, but for a limited time is only $997.
Private Wealth Academy has taught over 2,700 students how to completely remove their debts. He DOESN’T mention how many of them were successful.
Debt Removal has a goal of teaching 10,000 students by the end of 2023.
Zach doesn’t specifically mention the laws that you need to remove your debts. The only two laws he mentioned were incorrectly stated; and even if they DID do exactly what he said they did, they still would not explain the complete removal of debt.
Let’s not forget that this is a highly legal lesson that you are learning, but Zach himself admits he’s not a lawyer.
No. Unlike the other courses that just seem oversimplified, this program does not even give out the correct information.
Debt Removal carries a 1-year guarantee, so the refund policy is great, but I’d still not recommend it.
4. Elite Tax Secrets
5. Foreclosure Profits
Price:
One-time payment of $997 or two payments of $597 (set 30 days apart)
If you choose to pay in installments, you will only receive the full program after the second tranche is paid.
Refund Policy:
100% money-back 90-day guarantee
Mode of Instruction:

Foreclosure Profits teaches you how to become a “foreclosure finder”, so that you know how to identify foreclosed homes with unclaimed payments, locate their owners, and then receive a finder’s fee of around 30% to 40%.
On average, you will earn $10,000 PER deal, which roughly takes about 10 hours from start to finish.
The program can be used for any foreclosed property in 47 states, excluding New York, Michigan, or Colorado. This doesn’t mean, however, that you can’t LIVE in these states, only that you cannot collect any unclaimed funds from any house in these locations.
No. Private Wealth Academy will teach you how to hire the right virtual assistant so that you don’t have to call leads at all. You will also receive an auto-dialing system that automatically calls leads for you.
Yes, unlike the other courses at Private Wealth Academy, this program is pretty straightforward and teaches you a relatively untapped market. There is potential to earn a lot here.
You will receive multiple guides and have access to several videos. You will also receive 3 bonuses:
The program is available for $997 for a limited time. A payment scheme is available.
Zach estimates that he has taught over 1,000 students. He doesn’t mention how many of them were or are successful.
This is a pretty simple program, but one that you need to compensate either time or quality for. Zach prepares a lead list that he updates every day, but YOU have to call them to seal the deal. Even if you do decide to outsource to a virtual assistant, you still need to train them or create a script for them to follow.
This makes Foreclosure Profits a nice side hustle, but not a passive business income model.
This program is definitely interesting, and it’s a new business model, which means less competition and a higher chance of success. There is also a low entry point: You don’t need prior experience and only need a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. You can also work anywhere in the world and still receive payment.
You may encounter problems if the homeowner refuses to pay you your finder’s fee, but Zach says that he will teach you how to legally protect yourself in case this happens.
That being said, it’s unclear whether Zach offers live support after you’ve paid for the program.

7. Real Estate & Taxes

Mode of Instruction:

Zach says that you need to obtain an allodial title for your home. This allows you to protect your property by preventing people from trespassing on it (including debt collectors). Securing an allodial title will also release you from paying property taxes.
Zach vaguely says that he’ll also teach you how to “win in court” with this title, but doesn’t explain how.
Allodial titles state the exclusive ownership of real property, making it invulnerable to state decisions, such as land zoning and the like. By having an allodial title, your home is legally 100% yours and is free of any “feudal” obligation.
You need the help of a lawyer specializing in property law and the real estate industry. Allodial titles are rarely used in the United States, because they refer to a concept that was more prevalent in the 1800s.
In the US, we follow the “fee simple ownership” estate. This means that you take full ownership of the land and the building(s) that sit on it; essentially being able to do whatever you want with it. However, a fee simple means that you can still lose your property to the government and that they can still charge you taxes.
Yes, but it’s rather more complicated than just “downloading the files and submitting it to your local Sheriff’s office” as Zach insinuates. There may be cases when you need to go to court to explain your petition for an allodial title, and you need to have at least general knowledge of the real estate laws in your specific state. Zach claims he can help you with this, but then says 5 minutes later that he isn’t a lawyer.
You will receive multiple guides and have access to several videos. You will also receive 3 bonuses:
The program is available for $997 for a limited time. It used to cost $2,997.
Zach doesn’t mention how many students have benefitted from this program.
Allodial titles are legal but rarely evoked because most people don’t want the hassle of going to court.
These are niche property laws that you need help with. Regardless of what Zach says, having several templates that you can download and fill out is not the smartest decision, especially if these papers are talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars IN YOUR NAME.
It is entirely possible that these templates work and are legitimate, but they should be vetted by an actual lawyer - and Zach, Carlton or Jon are not.
I am hesitant to recommend this, because property law is complicated and can become convoluted as you go from state to state.
Zach claims that he’s just an ordinary person who is also afraid of jail. That’s why he would NEVER give you information that is potentially illegal - and yet, he talks a lot of hype for something that clearly requires some legal knowledge.
8. Beat the Ticket
Price:
$297
Refund Policy:
100% money-back 90-day guarantee
Mode of Instruction:
PDF files and video
This program is for those who don’t want to pay their tickets, under the presumption that these “crimes” were “victimless” (ie. no one got hurt by your actions). Private Wealth Academy will offer you several templates that you can use to justify your appeal for the ticket. Supposedly, these templates will force the court (whether local or through the appeals court) to dismiss your case “with prejudice” - meaning that your previous infractions cannot be used against you in the future.
There are numerous instances where victimless crimes are dismissed, but they require you to go to court and plead out your case. Some of the more common examples of victimless crimes are public drinking, trespassing, and traffic violations.
These are crimes that are considered illegal, though no person (or victim) was harmed in the process of your action. For example, if you smoke recreational marijuana in a public place in a state that prohibits its use, you are guilty of a victimless crime. You may also be charged for a victimless crime if you were caught speeding in the highway at 4 am, when there was no one around. It doesn’t matter if no one was hurt - the speeding itself makes it illegal.
Victimless crimes cover a whole range of topics and even refer prostitution and public nudity. As long as no one was hurt by your actions (though the actions themselves are illegal), you will be charged with a victimless crime.
Generally, the government believes that an illegal action should be punished, regardless of whether it was consensual or there were no victims involved. However, some groups and nonprofit organizations say that the punishment for these crimes often are too severe for the alleged “damage”.
Not paying a speeding ticket or being caught for drug possession (drug possession is a victimless crime, drug SELLING is not), can make you go to jail and/or pay a large fine. There are some groups who are calling the government to completely disregard victimless crimes, and only punish crimes where another person is hurt.
Zach explains that many people often pay for a “fake ticket”. To see whether your ticket is fake, you should look for a boiler plate either at the top or bottom that says, “this is not a ticket”. A real ticket will say, “Notice to Appear”.
You will receive multiple guides and have access to several videos.
Yes. Zach says that his templates work even if you are already in jail.
The program is available for $297.
Zach doesn’t mention how many students have benefitted from this program.
If you watch the workshop until the end, you will be given a number that you can call. You will have the chance to speak to a Private Wealth Academy representative for 15 minutes.
Victimless crimes need to be proven - and for that, you need to prove that your actions did not hurt anyone. This may be easy for a traffic violation but can get a little murky for other crimes such as drug possession, public nudity, or prostitution.
Further, each state has its own laws on victimless crimes and the grounds on which they can be dismissed. You need to be familiar with your own local laws, and it’s unclear whether Zach has different templates for EACH state or just a standard letter of appeal.
Victimless crimes fall under the gray area of civil law. Each case is different and you need to prove that your crime didn’t hurt anyone.
And, even with Zach’s templates, you still need to go to court and represent yourself, which is something YOU have to do on your own.
All the same, with an affordable price tag and a great 90-day refund policy, Beat the Ticket may be something you can consider.
9. Personal Credit
Price:
$297
Refund Policy:
100% money-back 180-day guarantee
Mode of Instruction:
PDF files and video
Personal Credit helps you improve your credit score by first getting approved for a secured card, disputing any existing debts, hacking your score by piggybacking off another person, and getting several high-limit credit cards. Private Wealth Academy offers you a series of templates that you can print out and submit to your respective banks.
Supposedly, their techniques will help you reach a 720+ credit score within 90 days.
Having a good credit score makes it easier for you to get approved for various loans or other financial options. Banks and lenders typically assess your “worthiness” for a loan based on your credit score: the higher it is, the more likely you will be approved for a credit card, loan, or mortgage. Additionally, having good credit usually means that you pay less interest for your loans.
A score of 740 and up is very good. People who have these scores typically experience no challenges when applying for a loan or credit.
The best way to improve your credit score is to pay your balance on time and in full. If you are unable to pay in full, then you should at least pay the minimum credit amount per month.
You will receive multiple guides and have access to several videos. You will also receive 3 bonuses:
The program is available for $297 for a limited time. It used to cost $497.
Zach doesn’t mention how many students have benefitted from this program.
If you watch the workshop until the end, you will be given a number that you can call. You will have the chance to speak to a Private Wealth Academy representative for 15 minutes.
It’s unclear what makes Personal Credit different from other, similar courses. Zach says that Personal Credit teaches you how to potentially improve your credit score by 100 in just 10 days, but that’s HIS claim and it’s not a proven fact. It is possible that you will learn something from this program, but it may just be the same as what you’d learn if you were diligent in watching a lot of videos online.
Considering its low price, this may be something useful to learn, but I wouldn’t hold my breath that I’d discover something completely different from a book. Zach spent most of his time in the workshop explaining the importance of having a good credit score, but less time on what you’d actually learn in Personal Credit.
There is also nothing that differentiates this course from any other program that teaches you how to improve your credit score.
Should I dip into my savings or use my credit card to enroll in Private Wealth Academy?
Zach encourages you to dip into your savings because what you’d learn from Private Wealth Academy would pay back your debt in less than a month.
Who is Carlton Weiss?
Carlton Weiss was a private investigator in the 1980s who focused on piercing private trusts. After being exposed to The Private Express Trust, he wanted to learn more about this financial vehicle and discovered a “secret” kept by many elite businesspeople.
Eventually, Carlton met Jon Miller who helped him create The Bulletproof Trust - the first course of The Private Wealth Academy. Over the years, Carlton, Jon, and Zach (along with other members of his team) added more courses to teach people about asset protection.
Is Private Wealth Academy legit?
Private Wealth Academy is a legitimate organization and its courses are all based on facts and legal documentation. That being said, while the foundation is strong, the application of knowledge is unstable.
The fact is, these secrets are not really secrets. Most people who study finance will have encountered these techniques in one way or another.
The reason for their seemingly “enigmatic” reputation is that more than likely, you need thousands of dollars in extra cash to get started. If you are living paycheck to paycheck, it is unlikely that you would prioritize asset protection or estate planning when you have no assets to protect or no estate to plan.
So, is it legit? Yes, but I’d hold off on practicing everything that Private Wealth Academy recommends. It would be wise to hold off on what you’ve learned and speak to several professionals before applying for any lesson.
Private Wealth Academy reviews: Why people say they wouldn’t recommend it
Other reviews wonder if the price tag is worth it - especially when the knowledge you’d learn can be found in a book or a podcast.
Allow me to reiterate: Private Wealth Academy does provide valuable insight into lesser-known financial topics, such as asset protection. If you are already earning quite well and want to plan your finances, then Private Wealth Academy can help - but only to a degree.
It is highly unlikely that you can accomplish everything on your own. Even the elite have people working for them, ensuring that everything about their financial life is legal and protected.
What about reviews from students from Private Wealth Academy?
You won’t find any reviews of any of the programs of Private Wealth Academy outside of its website. According to the academy, though, it’s helped thousands of students learn about asset protection.
CONCLUSION: Is Private Wealth Academy worth it?
I’d give this a 3 out of 5 stars. Private Wealth Academy is a great way to learn financial topics, especially if you’re an experienced businessperson who is earning at least $10,000 per month.
If you find a specific course interesting or applicable to your situation, go over what you’ve learned with a trained lawyer or a financial consultant, depending on what you need. This will protect you from possible complications in the future.
Learn what you can from the academy (if you’re willing to pay the price) but also get a second opinion.
If you’re looking for a less complicated way to protect your finances, I’d suggest local lead generation. This business model, compared to other online business models, helps you generate enough passive income so that you can place it in safe financial vehicles that you can use in the future. Local lead generation gives you the freedom to decide what to do with your additional money, which is the first step in building generational wealth.
MY FRIEND SENT ME THE LINKS TO POP INTO A FEW OF THE TRAININGS, I NOTICED THE TRAININGS WERE MORE OF A LANDING PAGE VIDEO FUNNEL THAN AN ACTUAL TRAINING, TELLING US WHAT WE WILL GET NEVER HOW TO GET OR DO IT, THATS WHY I CAME OVER HERE TO SEE IF YOU HAD ANYTHING TO SAY, TYVM, IPPEI
