Video 02 - HOW TO INTERPRET GOOGLE ANALYTICS TO MAKE DATA DRIVEN DECISIONS
Analytics is very important and most often than not, can mean the difference between success or failure.
No one starts off being good at interpreting the data and using it to its full potential. Getting good at it, means keeping at it.
You cannot make the mistake of guessing or making decisions based on your emotions or hunches when it comes to scaling. Kevin wants you to use the following:

Video 03 - HOW TO USE THE GOOGLE ANALYTICS BEHAVIOR AND ECOMMERCE REPORTS
In this lesson, Kevin shows you how to interpret data from the Behavior and eCommerce Reports Tools in Google Analytics.
From the Behavior Tool, Kevin shows you how to look at Page Load Speed and where to find suggestions from Google on how to make improvements.
Top Tip: If you don't know how to optimize pages on your website, Kevin suggest finding someone on Upwork to do it for you. He's hired people from there before, who have optimized pages for him for $20.
Kevin then talks about using the Conversions Tool, which should be linked to your Shopify store (but doesn't show you how it works, or how to interpret the data you would get there...)
Video 04 - HOW TO FIND OUT INSIGHTS INTO YOUR AUDIENCE TO USE TO FURTHER NARROW YOUR ADVERTISING
Kevin shows you how to look at some of the data that you can find under the Audience tool in Google Analytics, specifically under Audience - Demographics.
Kevin specifically touches on Location, Age, Gender, Interests - Affinity Categories, Behavior- New vs Returning, and type of device that was used.
Kevin then closes off with how you can use all this info to scale your ad campaigns.
Video 05 - HOW TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHERE YOU'RE ACQUIRING YOUR CUSTOMERS
Kevin shows you how to find out where your customers are coming from and how you get them.
Kevin explains how to interpret some of the data and how to possibly apply it by scaling or pausing certain ads.
If for example, 60% of your traffic comes from Facebook, 28% from Google Ads, 6% from Instagram, 2% from Pinterest,and 2% from YouTube, then you focus your attention more on Facebook and Google instead of wasting time on the other platforms.
TOP TIP: Use Acquisition - Channels, to see if your influencers are driving any traffic to your site.
Kevin's other tip: It's not worth the effort to look at SEO in order to try and get organically ranked by Google.

Video 06 - HOW TO GET CREATIVE WITH YOUR CUSTOM + LOOKALIKE AUDIENCES TO SPLIT TEST AND SCALE
Kevin quickly recaps the FB Pixel and creating a Custom Audience.
In essence: Website Custom Audiences are how Facebook helps you re-target website visitors. If you have the
Facebook pixel installed, it will track the movements of any visitors on your website who are simultaneously logged into Facebook. It will record which pages on your site they visit, which pages they don’t visit, and when they visit. Using this data, you can advertise to very targeted groups of people.
Kevin then shows you how to create different Lookalike Audiences, based on data from your Custom Audiences.
Kevin then suggests you test, test, test!
Video 07 - HOW TO USE YOUR FACEBOOK PIXEL TO INCREASE CONVERSION VIA CUSTOM URL AUDIENCES
In this lesson, Kevin uses the FB Pixel to find out where visitors are spending their time on your site.
You can use the FB Pixel to create Conversion Campaigns for the following
• View Content
• Add to Cart
• Initiate Checkout
• Add Payment Info
TOP TIP: If you don’t have enough data yet for some of the more specific ones – then just focus on View Content. Get your pixel more data through scaling your ad spend, thereby driving more people to your site. This in itself will then lead to more data being generated, which can be used in later campaigns.
Video 08 - HOW TO USE OFFLINE EVENTS TO MAKE YOUR PIXEL AND CONVERSION AUDIENCES SMARTER
Kevin shows you how to find offline information from people who have placed orders on your site, and importing that information into your Pixel.
(I'm not sure why the Pixel would need this though. If the Pixel is already installed on your Cart and Purchase Thank You pages, then it should have access to this data already, shouldn't it? This is a lot of effort to go to if it's not needed...)
Video 09 - HOW TO ADD ON PAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET MORE SALES AND OPTIMIZE YOUR PRODUCT LISTINGS
Kevin shows you how to set up a free app via Shopify, that helps boost your customer service, as well as increase conversions using Trigger Messages.
Just remember: If you get tons of live queries every day you will eventually need a VA to handle and respond to any live queries. In the beginning you can do it yourself. If you're available, that is...
Video 10 - HOW TO HIRE AND USE VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS TO 10X YOUR PRODUCTIVITY
Kevin suggests that VAs are used for the following tasks in order to free you up to do more important tasks:
- Common Tasks such as,
- Exporting orders and sending to your supplier to bulk dropship to your customers
- Fulfilling Oberlo Orders
- Answering Support@YOURDOMAIN.com emails about tracking numbers etc
- Answering Drift messages
- Finding Suppliers/Products (not choosing)
Kevin suggests using Upwork to find a VA. He shows you how to post an ad for a VA position.
Video 11-HOW TO USE FOMO TO INCREASE ON PAGE CONVERSIONS
Kevin introduces you to the paid app FOMO (remember, you should be making $100 per day now, so you can afford the min. amount of $19.99 pm for FOMO. It's currrently $10pm cheaper than it's shown in Kevin's video).
Fomo displays recent orders, product reviews, and any other customer behaviors on your storefront.
For example, it shows off live traffic, i.e. "53 people are shopping on our store right now", or "Kevin D. from Denver CO. just bought XYZ..." etc.
This helps greatly with your conversions, and Kevin shows you how to set it up.
Video 12 - HOW TO USE SNAPCHAT ADS TO EXPLODE YOUR TRAFFIC
This is a unique introduction as no other course covers Snapchat ads.
The great thing about Snapchat, is that you can upload emails and create lookalike audiences.
Snapchat takes advertisers’ Snap Audience Match lists and targets people who aren’t in those lists but share similar characteristics, like age, location and content interests.
Another advantage is that is much cheaper than the other platforms. So you're getting targeted ads at cheap prices.
In the video, Kevin shows you how to quickly set an ad campaign up.
Video 13 - HOW TO USE MANYCHAT TO AUTOMATE YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE MESSAGES
ManyChat is a Chat/Messenger Bot that not only helps to automate certain interactions with customers, but also helps to grow your mailing list.
