Felix was able to prove himself dedicated enough to earn a place receiving established clients from Nick. He was able to avoid the costs associated with building an agency by investing in Nick’s mentorship, which also helped him avoid a lot of stress.
However, there are zero independent reviews across all major platforms. No reviews exist on Trustpilot, Reddit, YouTube, or other review sites where students typically share course experiences. The complete absence of independent reviews for The Art of Closing suggests either very few students have taken the course or results don’t match the promotional claims.

- The personal brands do find clients for you to close, but again, you will have to find the personal brands and convince them to take you on. Plus, most businesses already have access to lead generation through Google Ads, Facebook advertising, and established marketing agencies.
- Location independence is achievable, you may have to network in person to build and cultivate client relationships. Nick himself shares dozens of pictures of him with millionaire creators doing just that.
Who is Nick David?
Nick David is a sales coach and entrepreneur from Germany now based in Dubai, UAE. He also goes by Nick Oliver David. Outside of his own claims, I was able to find no verifiable educational background, professional certifications, or documented career history. His LinkedIn presence is absent, which is unusual for someone claiming significant business success in B2B sales.
Which is Better, The Art of Closing or Local Lead Generation?
Local lead generation is better than the Art of Closing. The Art of Closing uses a service-based business model that requires ongoing client work and time investment. Students earn commission-based income that stops when work stops, creating no passive income or asset value. If you can’t perform one day, you won’t make any money.
