I found this application incredibly difficult to use. I signed up hoping to search for products and see how they’d perform, but I never figured out how to do that. It felt like I was constantly being prompted to add on features rather than being offered clear, comprehensive plans with built-in features. The whole experience was confusing, and I couldn’t get the Chrome extension to work.
