I used to be a regular guy maybe even below average results in life in my early to mid 20's.
My annual salary at my 9 to 5 was $35K per year.
At 24 years old I joined the lead gen coaching program and Dan became my mentor.
Now at age 32 I dropped $15K in a weekend in Miami celebrating Dan's birthday...
What...
Hey sometimes you gotta shake up reality & push your comfort zone, I stayed at the W hotel in South Beach which was $3200 per night. Def most I've spent on a hotel but...
It's Dan's birthday after all, I mean C'mon... Go Big or go home! Amirite?
Def not trying to spend that kinda money too often but I'm grateful to have the cashflow to have these types of weekends if I want.
And honestly it makes you appreciate & respect our ability to earn the types of income we are able to using the internet.
My love language is quality time for sure, I won't spend this kinda money to flex but to be able to create unforgettable memories with my friends (especially my lead gen crew?) sign me up.
It was an epic weekend needless to say...
More photos in my IG
The amount of tables we got over the weekend was absurd Lol... (Personal record? honestly lost count but I think it was around 8...)
I saw so many "Happy Birthday Dan" signs and sparklers all weekend. lmao
BTW... Miami is crazy, clubs are open till 6 am, so we were going to at least 2-3 night clubs in one night.
When the dance queen Tori (Dan's wife) keeps cutting up the dance floor, you gotta keep the party rollin...
We went out Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday...
Although by Monday night most of the group had gone home
8 of us still stayed and turnt up, with the silent disco dances till sunrise (brought to you by Tori's @beatbunnies)
But Saturday was the best day. Day time rooftop pool party with Steve Aoki
At night, Rick Ross at a club and then the infamous E11even night club
I'm grateful for every moment I get to celebrate with my mentor, Dan, that changed my life & this lead gen family
Dan has honestly taught me so much. Not just lead generation... but everything about entrepreneurship at a high level.
(Gary Vee, Grant Cardone, Jordan Belfort although I've listened to plenty of their stuff, just doesn't even come close to what I gleaned off of Dan)
More raw? more practical? It's hard to explain his unique style with words really but it's very clear that he has a gift with his mouth, def knows how to inspire / motivate but its more than that, he has his own unique perspective that's his own, he doesn't listen to all these other "gurus"
Therefore he's not regurgitating what these other guys are saying.
His perspective is unique, of his own, comes directly from his experience and 0% bullshit trying to impress you, rather just straight up shit that works.
He's not just a lead gen coach. But a serious money / business coach.
This is a man that generated $35 Million during a pandemic selling face masks
Bought & sold a Dutch Bros and made $2.5 million (Net)
Has enough real estate properties to not have to work another day in his life, yet he does...
Incredible at sales & negotiation.
Understands the micro & the macro of what truly makes a business run longterm at a high-level
(in private conversations with him, he continually impresses me on his innate sense of what works & what doesn't work in business, what keeps customers happy, what builds culture)
He really is the genius behind what makes our local lead gen program so successful over the last 6 years.
He's as serial of an entrepreneur as it gets
We're truly blessed in our coaching program that he still continues to give us the personalized coaching that he does, with still all the passion that he had when he started coaching in 2014
It's quite remarkable tbh...
So Happy Birthday Dan, my hats off to you sir, you're a beast
Cheers!
Today, I know experientially that your networth is your network.
The best investment you can make is in yourself aka getting a mentor.
The best move you can make is to surround yourself with other winners.
Because there's levels to making money online.
Lead generation is a high income skill, without question, and its most likely the best skill to have on the internet, especially how we do it which is with organic traffic, not paid
But there is a lot more to it then just learning this skill in our 5 week training course
The REAL value is what happens longterm, how you change as a person overtime by surrounding yourself with people like us and gradually become high value.
You occupy different thoughts, you behave different, you hear & see things that you haven't before, and dare I say, you begin to draw things, people & experiences in your life that just wasn't happening before.
A whole new world opens up.
I believe there is an energetic shift that happens and people can begin to sense it.
You close clients easier, and much higher ticket clients.
Other high value man & woman begin to congregate around you, they bring more business opportunities, partnerships & new possibilities of how to live life to the fullest.
Like a dawn of a new day, feeling of hope, prosperity & auspiciousness becomes more and more your baseline.
Like anything is possible... type of feeling...
Its almost as if the governor switch comes off and you can feel the money pouring in from all directions
The doubt that was clouding your vision is lifted and you can see the world in 5K vision.
Its amazing what happens when you commit yourself to a high-income craft that produces real, measurable value in society.
You become more valuable, you feel more valuable and in turn you exude more confidence & self-worth.
Which attracts more successful people to you which elevates you even more. Upward spiral.
And money is directly tied into this equation.
Money is a measurement in which other humans can understand just how valuable a person is in society.
15% of Americans make $100,000 per year.
Less than 2% makes $400K+
When someone makes $400K and up, you are at the top 1-2% (verifiable), you're part of a very scarce group and by definition scarcity is value
It's not the only measurement, but its the most widely recognized & utilized by far.
And guess what, you'd be lying to yourself if you didn't agree that you also measure yourself based on the digits in your bank account.
Sure there might be exceptions but for the most part, if you live in western society, whether you like it or not, consciously or subconsiously, we are valuing ourselves based on what tax bracket we fall under.
And then there's our lead generation group of 6800 students where the benchmark of success is hitting $10K per month.
Its pretty absurd.
How strange is our group that considers top 15% level income of US as base level of success?
But that's the power of the group.
This is a positive use of "group think" because we all believe that achieving $10K per month with lead gen is easy peazy, it becomes our reality, new students are able to get there that much easier.
10-second barrier
Wikipedia
The 10-second barrier is the physical and psychological barrier of completing the 100 metres sprint in under ten seconds. The achievement is traditionally regarded as the hallmark of a world-class sprinter. Its significance has become less important since the late 1990s, as an increasing number of runners have surpassed the ten seconds mark.[1] The current men’s world record holder is Usain Bolt, who ran a 9.58 at the 2009 IAAF World Championship competition.
Once the 100M dash record was broken under 10 seconds, people started to break it much more frequently
Whatever the mind conceives as possible, it will achieve
Or at the very least, it becomes signficantly easier to achieve
Entrepreneurship & money is a mental sport
When you begin seeing all these real people achieving these incredible results on the daily, its unlocking capabilities in your mind that we don't even realize.
The sooner we grasp how important your mental is when it comes to making money the better off you will be.
Sometimes I feel that we give ourselves too much credit for being soverign beings
Humans by in large are product of their enviornment
We are governed by who we relate with because life is relationships.
We get the sense of who we are in context with other human beings.
I talked to plenty of people that's been doing digital marketing for years with mediocre results
Which made me realize that yes the local lead generation skillset is amazing (arguably the best skillset on the internet) however just that alone isn't going to make you a top performer if you don't already have a winning mindset!
Listening to audio books, podcasts, even reading books can help
But the missing piece always comes down to who you associate with and how others perceive you which can be improved by producing tangible, real-world results by dilligently practicing your craft.
It's not an overnight fix
Its a journey
and its very easy to get derailed from this journey if you're not careful
Real life gets in the way often
Its our duty to continually get back on the path
That's your sole-responsbility
This is where (once again) the community plays a vital & paramount role
Virtual Sales School
Weekly Lives (Tuesday & Thursdays)
You get a nudge on your shoulder every week to refocus on what actually matters
Which are all the deep reasons why you joined our lead gen program in the first place.
The issues of lack of money & time that's causing you pain that you wanted to resolve
The bright future you wanted for yourself & family
Time to get back to your purpose
Forget about the issues you're having with co-workers or myriad of stress that your mind loves to tossle with.
Re-center yourself, and keep going.
Even when you hit $10K per month, there's more and myself included we all still need this group & our peers to continually remind us of what's paramount which is to continue to proceed and progress in our entrepreneurial journey.
Be grateful for those peers that are hustling alongside you, they make you greater, more so than you realize.
Upwards & onwards!
