Iman was playing semi-pro football at this time and knew the owner of a football club. You charge a fixed retainer fee as a minimum for your services with a commission-based protection if the client exceeds the maximum amount of ad spend. This way, if a client scales and increases his ad spending, you can shift to a commission-based model and increase your fees as well. The hybrid model is considered a safe pricing option for agencies.

4. Revenue Share
