Andrew Tate’s The Real World Review – Main Challenges of Each Business Model in The Real World

March 11, 2024

The Real World by Andrew Tate is the biggest educational platform outside of the traditional university system and the upgrade to the Hustler's University educational platform. The Real World is now independently hosted, with each online course and channel laid out in a more concise manner. Hustler's University isn't open anymore and each link now sends you to The Real World checkout page.

The courses in The Real World teach the following business models.

  • Affiliate Marketing
  • Amazon FBA
  • e-Commerce
  • Copywriting
  • Crypto & Stock trading
  • Freelancing
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Finance
  • Business

Affiliate marketing and ecommerce are the main business models that most students get into inside of The Real World. The issue with these two business models is that they are both saturated and extremely competitive. According to Emman Zahid's article on OptinMonster, the affiliate marketing industry is projected to hit $40 billion by 2030. In 2023, the industry is already worth $4 billion. The increase in affiliate networks, businesses of all sizes, current and new affiliates is the reason there is so much saturation. In the world of ecommerce, there are over 26.5 million ecommerce sites with the United States taking the first spot with over 13.9 million. This is a clear sign that competition and saturation are a real problem for everyone looking to make money with their ecommerce sites.

This review will cover what each course in The Real World teaches, the experience YouTubers had after taking one course, and student reviews.

What Does The Real World Teach?

The Real World teaches you different ways to make money online. Below are the challenges faced with each business model.

Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is a business model that allows you to make money by promoting products and services for other companies. You earn a commission for each sale you're able to generate and you can sign up for many affiliate programs to increase your income. You can promote low ticket offers, which require you to generate a higher number of sales to earn an income that's worth leaving your 9-5, and you can promote high ticket offers which allow you to earn hundreds and thousands of dollars with only a few sales.

The Real World Affiliate Marketing course has videos that teach you how to get your affiliate link for TRW, create inspirational Andrew Tate videos, edit them and getting people to sign up to The Real World with your link so you can make money.

Main Challenges of Affiliate Marketing

The main challenges of affiliate marketing are that the industry is extremely saturated with thousands of affiliates competing to earn commission through all the main affiliate networks and offers. Amazon Associates alone has over 900,000 affiliates. ClickBank has over 100,000 affiliates. Creating content is a must with affiliate marketing because if you don't create content on social media, YouTube, or for blogs to help promote offers and products, you won't see substantial sales. It's also difficult for affiliates to succeed because of the increase in scams and fraud. In 2023, close to $100 million has been lost in affiliate frauds.

Ecommerce Campus (Dropshipping)

Dropshipping is an ecommerce business model where you promote physical products having no inventory on hand. When a sale is generated, your supplier or manufacturer ships the product directly to your customer. You are a middleman between a buyer and supplier.

In The Real World Ecommerce campus, there are step-by-step videos that go into detail teaching you how to find a winning product, set up your store around that product, market, and sell it. They teach you to use TikTok ads to generate leads for your ecommerce course. Professor Shuayb teaches the Ecommerce Campus in The Real World.

Main Challenges of Dropshipping

The main challenges with dropshipping are that you need to sacrifice thousands of dollars to test ads without a guarantee that you are going to generate any sales. If you do make some sales, your profit margin will be on average 15%. Shipping times from China have also increased, which has led to customers requesting refunds for not receiving their orders when they expected them. If you work with suppliers in the United States, products are more expensive even though shipping times are faster. Dealing with customer orders, refunds, exchanges and complaints can also slow you down and doesn't allow you to earn a passive income. With this business model, you don't have as much control over your income because you don't own any products. If your supplier runs out or product, you won't make money until there is more inventory.

Why do most dropshippers fail?

Most dropshippers fail because they don't choose profitable products, they don't know how to market them, or they choose to work with suppliers whose products are of inferior quality. This can get all expensive fast and test their patience.

Amazon FBA Campus

Amazon FBA is an online business model where you store products in Amazon's fulfillment centers and they handle the customer orders. They ship them directly to the customer while you manage inventory and promote products.

In the Amazon FBA campus, you learn how to get started selling products with the FBA model. Professor TJ Cunningham teaches the Amazon FBA campus.

Main Challenges of Amazon FBA

The main challenge with Amazon FBA is the startup costs. It costs anywhere between $5,000 and $10,000 to get started. That includes Amazon fees to set up your Amazon Seller account, buying initial inventory, shipping and the logistics of getting your products to an Amazon fulfillment center, and marketing. Amazon FBA is also a saturated business model because suppliers are opening their own Amazon Seller accounts and offering the best prices, which cuts out other Amazon sellers. A study by JungleScout's 2023 State of the Amazon Seller Report stated that every day, almost 4,000 new sellers join the platform. Also, if your products don't sell, you're stuck with your inventory and will be forced to sell everything off to break even or at a loss.

Content Creation & AI Campus Learning Center

Artificial intelligence has taken the online marketing space by storm. AI platforms like ChatGPT and Jasper.io are being used by many marketers for email marketing, product descriptions, YouTube video outlines, and more. AI is saving many people time in their business and in personal life.

The Real World Content Creation & AI Campus shows you how to leverage artificial intelligence to make money online for things like video editing, transitions, how to make audio, create content, and more. You can use what you learn to create content for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other platforms.

Main Challenges of Creating Content with AI

The main challenges with creating content with AI is that you always need to fact-check your AI content because AI generated content isn't always accurate. According to Forbes, 75% of consumers are concerned with misinformation from AI. This isn't a good sign for AI companies. Google is also flagging AI content. If your content is flagged, your site can drop in ranking if you don't add your human touch. Also, thousands of marketers are using AI generated content from the same platforms, which can make the content very similar and almost duplicate. If you wanted to monetize your AI created content on YouTube Shorts, you need to get 10 million views, which takes too much time.

Crypto Campus

Cryptocurrency has made many people rich and many people poor at the same time. It is one of the most volatile investments you can make. Jordan Tuwiner from Buy Bitcoin Worldwide states that there are over 6,000 cryptocurrencies you can invest in. There are several legitimate exchanges to buy crypto on and you can secure your investment on several types of storage wallets.

In The Real World Crypto Campus, there are fewer details and no personal mentorship as there is in the Ecommerce and affiliate marketing courses. But there are about 11 tutorial videos and they share investing signals in the comments section where they tell you what to buy and when.

Main Challenges of Crypto Investing

The main challenge with crypto investing is that you can lose your money in a matter of seconds. The crypto you buy can also get lost if you forget your password or if you provide someone with the wrong wallet address. In 2022, cyber criminals stole $3.8 billion in cryptocurrency, according to Chainalysis. Crypto is also unregulated, which makes it difficult to know how governments will treat it in the future, even though the courts ruled in favor of Ripple vs the SEC. Fraud is a real thing in this industry. Some companies may not be transparent with their financial performance. For example, FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried was charged with fraud by the SEC.Finally, you can't use crypto to buy everyday products just yet.

Stocks Campus

Investing in stocks is the process of buying shares of ownership in a public company. When the value of a stock goes up, you can earn a profit if you decide to sell it to another investor. To invest in a stock, you must sign up to a brokerage account.

The Real World Stocks campus teaches you how to make money by trading or investing long-term. They have beginner videos where they help you get setup with the Robinhood brokerage App. There are also videos that cover the basics of trading where you learn how to place an order, how to set things up so it sells on its own, and basic trading terminology. You are also taught how to understand candlesticks and indicators to make the best decision when trading. There are also psychology and mindset videos. Professor Aayush shares the knowledge he's accumulated in the over 10 years he's spent trading stocks in Chicago and New York.

Main Challenges of Investing of Stocks

The problem with investing in stocks is that there is no guarantee of a return on investment. Some companies pay dividends, but there is no guarantee that they will continue to do so in the future. When investing in stocks, you must keep in mind that if the market crashes like it did in 2008, your entire investment portfolio can disappear.

Freelancing Campus

Freelancing is where you work for yourself and provide services for multiple clients. You have the flexibility to choose where you work, who you work with, what kind of jobs to take on. Your income potential is also higher than if you worked a 9-5 job. A study by UpWork revealed that 60% of freelancers who were previously working full-time jobs are making more money freelancing than they did at their previous jobs.

The Real World Freelancing course that teaches you everything about freelancing, from picking a skill and creating a portfolio, to finding clients and setting rates.

Main Challenges of Freelancing

The main challenges of freelancing are that there is no job security because your clients can stop working with you after your contract is up or if they didn't get the results they expected. You also don't get paid when you don't work. Taxes are a little more complicated for a freelancer than a regular employee and your access to benefits, such as health insurance and a retirement plan, is limited.

Copywriting Campus

Copywriting is an essential marketing skill and service that can be provided to many businesses. You get to be creative with your words and help businesses scale. This business model offers you the flexibility to work anywhere in the world on your own schedule.

The Real World Copywriting Campus teaches you the basics of copywriting and Professor Andrew dives into proper strategies you can implement. You also learn the different challenges you may face when starting a copywriting career and how to overcome them.

Main Challenges of Copywriting

The main challenge with copywriting is that your income isn't steady because some clients may not need your services long-term. This makes it difficult for you to budget correctly. Copywriting clients can be demanding with timelines, changes to your copy, and more. Writer's block can happen and this can slow you down.

Local Lead Generation is Not in The Real World

Local lead generation is an online business model that pays you a residual income each month for creating your own digital properties on Google. Compared to other online business models, local lead generation offers the control and passive income other don't. You build a service site in the niche of your choosing, you decide what your ranking strategy will be, what local small business you'll work with and how much they must pay you every month for exclusive leads.

3 Major Differences Between The Real World and Hustler's University

1. Hosted on Independent Servers

The Real World is hosted on independent servers and not on Discord, the way Hustler's University was. After Andrew Tate had his social media account suspended, he was determined to continue to be heard while separating himself from the mainstream media and anyone that would attempt to deny him his freedom of speech and opinion. Andrew's team has created their own coded setup that mocks the design of the Discord platform. This was most likely done to keep some kind of congruency so their students wouldn't feel lost on the new platform. Also, there is more freedom to speak their mind.

2. Andrew Tate Teaches Now

Andrew Tate teaches the Financial Wizardry section of the course alongside Professor Arno. This was something not seen inside of any version of Hustler's University.

3. Telegram Chat for Students

Telegram is an encrypted chat service The Real World uses for students to receive support and stay current with the program. It makes sense that Andrew Tate and his team would choose to implement a messaging service where it is safe to say whatever they want, however they want to.

CapitalTycoon's Experience with the Real World

With dropshipping, he found a product, created TikTok ads, and lost $300 in ad spend in 3 days. With affiliate marketing, he made $2,211 after only 4 days and creating one Instagram reel. After going through the content creation and AI lesson, he created a YouTube channel and begin creating YouTube shorts with the goal of getting monetized. In a matter of days, he didn't accomplish the goal of monetizing and making money, but he believed in time he would see results.

KibReloaded's Experience with the Real World

Kib Reloaded only tried to focus on the content creation and AI portion of the Real World for 3 days to see if he saw any results. His strategy was to integrate the AI into his YouTube videos and Shorts content. He compares the performance of his content with AI with the performance of the content without AI. He came up with an idea and recorded the content. He then used Gling.ai to edit his video and then used the 'ai-creations' channel in The Real World to come up with relevant AI images. In only 20 minutes, the AI YouTube short had already 200 views with 25 likes. After creating 2 videos, he had generated over 2,300 views each, but barely any money was made. He was then approved for an interview with a member of TRW, Rokas, to talk about his success.

Marko's Experience with the Real World

Marko tried the Real World's dropshipping course. After using the  AutoDS software, he found a product and outsourced the store creation to Startstorez. He ran TikTok ads and followed TRW strategy to launch ads. Marko spent $100 in 24 hours. He got 60 clicks but the ad didn't generate any sales. On Shopify, a few days later, he got one sales for $100 and profited -$76. The Best Alternative to Escaping The Matrix and Earning a Passive Income Online

Lead Generation Coaching Program by Dan Klein

Local lead generation is the best alternative and wealth creation method to earn a passive income online and escape the Matrix because of the control you have in your business. You not only choose the niche you're going to get into, but you choose who to work with after you vet them, and you dictate how much you're going to get paid each month. The same can't be said for other online business models like dropshipping, Amazon FBA, or crypto trading.

Dan Klein is a dynamic entrepreneur who has a net worth of over $30 million and, like Andrew Tate, has helped thousands of students escape the Matrix ever since 2014. He's done so by teaching them how to take control of their financial situation by generating leads for small businesses using free traffic on Google. I was one of the original students and now work with Dan to continue helping people quit their 9 to 5 jobs with this business model.

How does Local Lead Generation work?

Local lead generation works when you build a website that offers a phone driven service like plumbing, towing, paving, etc. and rank it on Google. Once your site is ranked at the top of the search results, you forward the leads to a local small business that wants more work each month and decide how much they have to pay you each month.

Over 7400 students from around the world have learned these skills and are currently ranking and renting their digital real estate to local business owners. To learn how you can escape the Matrix and achieve financial freedom, check out the local lead generation training program.
